Every client gets a dedicated service team with a single point of contact, plus a dedicated employee call center for year-round support on claims, billing, and benefits questions. How does the onboarding process work when we switch to BXA?
We start with a discovery process to understand your current plans, costs, employee population, and goals. From there, our team handles the heavy lifting—plan analysis, carrier negotiations, technology implementation, and employee communications. We participate in implementation kick-off calls, build out your benefits technology platform, verify all enrollments, manage carrier connections, and coordinate directly with your HR team every step of the way. How far in advance should we start the conversation before our renewal date?
The earlier the better, but ideally at least 4–6 months before your renewal. BXA's proactive process is designed to start well ahead of your renewal date so we have time to conduct a thorough market analysis, explore alternative plan designs and funding strategies, and negotiate from a position of strength—rather than scrambling at the last minute to react to whatever your carrier sends over.
